


When I first messaged Jess because I was ready to start my “fitness journey” I had only 2 goals:
1. Get my 6 pack back.
3rd and final baby.
1. A teacher/mentor
2. Someone who got to know who I was on a personal level. (Above and beyond weeky check-ins).
3. Created and still creates a training plan that is unique to me and only me, based on my strengths, interests, and weaknesses.
4. Helped me fall in love with bodybuilding as much as she loves this sport! The challenge, the struggle, the joy of competing…we love all of it.
