2 years ago I was at my heaviest.
After going on a family holiday and reviewing photos, I couldn’t get past looking at myself and how It made me feel. I was unhealthy, unfit and unmotivated…Coming home I knew I had to make some changes.
 

Fast forward 12 months, I managed to drop my first 10kgs. It felt great but I started to become unmotivated again and started gaining the weight back. October last year I stepped completely out of my comfort zone and reached out to Jessica Moyer. It was the best thing I ever did! Jess Showed me I didn’t have to do the “Fad Diet”, that I could eat what I wanted and still lose weight. I didn’t believe it until it started to happen. I calorie counted and worked hard for 5 months. Jess did her part and I did mine. With the help of this Amazing lady I managed to drop 15kgs and hit my goals.

 

I’m so thankful for the kick start she has given me, and the tools for me to continue kicking goals.
